Microfiber Coating Applicator is a nice microfiber applicator, primarily developed for applying ceramic coatings. It is applied over 3-4 fingers and allows you to use a large surface when working with coatings. It increases both the speed at which you can apply a coating, but also flexibility and thus comfort.

Here you don't have to grease so much with block and velor cloth - but simply apply the coating with the applicator and then work from there.

The applicator has a small film under the microfiber surface so that it does not absorb all the liquid. That is the coating remains on the surface of the applicator. However, microfiber is more absorbent than a velor cloth, so you should expect to use a little more product when using the applicator here. On the other hand, it is a much cooler experience.
