Here is some important information regarding this portal.

• All prices and purchases are ex. vat.
• All products must be ordered in FULL boxes.
• All sales are final.
• Returns, cancellations and adding to orders that are already packed are not possible.
• Shipping prices will be calculated after order is placed.
• Orders are shipped from Denmark with DSV.
• Final proforma invoice will be emailed when order is packed and ready for shipment. Commercial invoice will be e-mailed once order is shipped, and will be a non-vat invoice with all required information.
• If own currier is used, order must be paid in full and confirmed by us before pickup can be made.
• We try our best to comply with all local legal requirements, but we kindly ask you to check that everything is as it should. If not please let us know.
• We provide MSDS/SDS in all languages, that can be found here. 
• Valet+, Waxes and some smaller products will for now come with English only labels.
