Auto Glanz Hard Foam Pad - Cutting with foam!

Hard Foam Pad has been developed to remove washing scratches on medium and medium hard clear coats. The disc can therefore be combined with either coarse or medium polishes to get good scratch removal but at the same time a reasonable finish that may not need further correction. The disc is made of heat-resistant foam, which keeps its shape and structure even when heat is applied to the disc. In this way, the disc maintains its grinding power and lasts 5-6 times longer than traditional foam discs.

The rough disc in foam is dead...

Long live the heat-resistant rough disc in foam! Normally we will leave it up to our customers and say if something is better or best. But with accessories such as Auto Glanz heat-resistant polishing discs in foam, we still dare the coat. Compared to traditional rough foam discs, this disc is superior to them all!

Heat resistant

Auto Glanz uses a so-called heat-resistant or thermo-resistant foam on their foam polishing discs. That is that where a traditional disc in foam loses 60-80% of its grinding power when heat is applied to it - this does not happen in nearly the same way with Auto Glanz heat-resistant polishing discs. In this way, the disc will maintain its grinding power, even with repeated polishing steps. And at the same time, the polishing disc will last 5-6 times longer than traditional foam polishing discs.

Maintenance:

We recommend blowing the disc after each pass with a tornado gun. And occasionally clean it via a pad washer.

Polishing should be done with 1-2 discs in rotation. That is polish half a front flap or half a door - and switch to a cleaned and cooled disc.

Clean, cooled discs grind better and last longer.
