Auto Glanz ACID Wheel Cleaner - First Aid for wheels in bad shape

ACID Wheel Cleaner is an acid wheel cleaner that works incredibly fast. It is designed to provide first aid for wheels where you have baked-on brake dust and brown deposits. For use in areas that may never have been cleaned. 

Unlike many other acid-based wheel cleaner products, Auto Glanz ACID Wheel Cleaner contains a "catalyst", which reduces the chemical reaction when iron / metal is exposed to water. This catalyst does not leave a dedicated protection, but brake discs and surfaces have a harder time getting a rusty surface again. 

Acid Wheel Cleaner comes as a concentrate and can be diluted up to 1:10.

The ACID version is based on development from customer input. 

For our customers it is important to work efficiently to get a higher throughput of vehicles. 

Having a product like ACID Wheel Cleaner, where you just spray on, touch and rinse - then move on, is essential in any car care setup. And here it is!

Even though it’s labeled as a mild ACID cleaner, we would say that it is one of the most powerful ACID cleaners we have had our hands on!

At a dilution rate of 1:3 it took a bit of the color from the wheel bolts on our Renault Clio test car, but in return it was also completely clean 😉

Where ACID wheel cleaner really shines is where the brake dust is so burnt - that a pH-neutral wheel cleaner with colour change or an alkaline wheel cleaner falls short. 

So if you have a customer car with wheels in really bad condition - then Acid Wheel Cleaner will come to the rescue, as long as you use it with caution.

For all kinds of wheels?

We do not recommend using ACID Wheel Cleaner on wheels with sensitive surfaces. 

You probably already knew that - but it’s important to point out!

Because even though we did not experience splashes in our test, it may happen with these products, and then you have to make sure you rinse it off fast. 

A recommended setup from us - would be to have Acid wheel cleaner premixed in the dilutions: 1:1, 1:3 and maybe 1:10 in your setup. 

Then you’ll be ready to quickly adapt to the needs of the cars you have to fix.

Contents: 1 Liter, 5 Liters or 25 Liters. 

How to Guide:  

1. Shake the bottle
2. Dilute to the desired mixture
3. Pre-Rinse the wheels to remove as much loose soiling as possible
4. Spray the product on and let it soak for a moment
5. Agitate with brushes if necessary
6. Rinse with plenty of water until you are sure the product has been removed from the surface

Note: Should not be used on sensitive surfaces!
